IF YOU ARE NOT A SHIPPING COURIER OR A FULFILLMENT CENTER. HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEMS THROUGH SHIPCAUSE ?
You need to pack your items. You can have your shipment picked up by UPS and FedEX or you can drop it off at any UPS Center near you.
DO I PAY A MONTHLY FEE PLUS THE SHIPPING?
YES, you will be charged for the monthly fee plus shipping charges for what you shipped.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST ?
Shipping cost depends on the size of box, weight and service used.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
YES, you can cancel your service with us at any time.
However, once cancelled it can take up to six months to reinstate.

HOW DO I GET THE SHIPPING MATERIALS?
Email your liaison the size of box and let us know if you would like the cold shield. Pricing for boxes depend on size plus shipping fee.
Our Cold shield is $244.00 which already includes shipping fee.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE SHIPPING LABELS ?
YES, we'll do the labels and send to you for printing.
DO YOU OFFER INTEGRATION?
We offer website integration with all e-commerce platforms. We offer a one time $25 integration fee. Tech support is also available.
